Lebyazhinsky Village Council (Pavlovsky District)

According to the results of the 2010 All-Russian Population Census , the population of the municipality amounted to 1,006 people, including 485 men and 521 women [3] . The Rosstat estimate as of January 1, 2012 is 1,008 people [4] .
