The Ozerno-Kuznetsovsky Village Council is a municipality with the status of a rural settlement and an administrative-territorial entity in the Uglovsky District of the Altai Territory of Russia. The administrative center is the village of Ozerno-Kuznetsovo [1] [2] .

According to the results of the 2010 All-Russian Population Census , the population of the municipality was 1,590 people, including 768 men and 822 women [3] . The Rosstat estimate as of January 1, 2012 is 1,550 people [4] .
