Kalmansky Village Council is a municipality with the status of a rural settlement and an administrative-territorial unit in the Kalmansky district of the Altai Territory of Russia. The administrative center is the village of Kalmanka [1] [2] .

According to the results of the 2010 All-Russian Population Census , the population of the municipality was 4,078 people, including 1,885 men and 2,193 women [3] . The Rosstat estimate as of January 1, 2012 is 3,900 people [4] .
