At 17, he became the main player in the Novomoskovsk Chemist . After the dissolution of the team for low athletic performance Chimbirev goes into the Tula TOZ . Over time, he becomes a captain and one of the leaders of the "gunsmiths". In the middle of the 1987 season, Chimbirev transferred to the Kemerovo “ Kuzbass ”, playing in the first league . In 1989, the season begins in Tula, but then returns to Kemerovo again.
The last team of Chimbirev was Uralmash , in which he went from the second union league to the major league of Russia . He played three matches in the elite of Russian football - against Moscow Dynamo and Lokomotiv , as well as Ocean from Nakhodka .
He worked as a coach in the clubs of Verkhnyaya Pyshma , Tula and Novomoskovsk [1] [2] . In 2008-2010, he headed the Tula Arsenal during the club’s performances in amateur competitions.
