Ploskovsky Village Council is a municipal entity with the status of a rural settlement and an administrative-territorial unit in the Tretyakov District of the Altai Territory of Russia. The administrative center is the village of Ploskoye [1] [2] .

According to the results of the All-Russian census of 2010 , the population of the municipality was 805 people, including 380 men and 425 women [3] . Rosstat's estimate for January 1, 2012 is 784 people [4] .
