The Ust-Mosikhinsky Village Council is a municipal entity with the status of a rural settlement and an administrative-territorial unit in the Rebrikhinsky District of the Altai Territory of Russia. The administrative center is the village of Ust-Mosikha [1] [2] .

Demographics
According to the results of the All-Russian census of 2010 , the population of the municipality was 1,261 people, including 615 men and 646 women [3] . Rosstat's estimate for January 1, 2012 is 1215 people [4] .
