Akutikhinsky Village Council is a municipal entity with the status of a rural settlement and an administrative-territorial entity in the Bystroistok district of the Altai Territory of Russia. The administrative center is the village of Akutiha [1] [2] .

History
In October 2010, following a referendum held on October 10, 2010, the Soldatovskiy Village Council, which was part of the Petropavlovsk District , joined the village council [8] [9] .

According to the results of the All-Russian census of 2010 , the population of the municipality was 1,112 people, including 527 men and 585 women [3] . Rosstat's estimate for January 1, 2012 is 1204 people [4] .

The composition of the rural settlement includes 2 settlements and 1 holiday village:
- Akutiha village - 1063 [12]
- Soldatovo village - 116 [12]
- holiday village Talitsa, 7 km east of Akutihi - has no permanent population, in the summer time - about 90 people (mostly residents of Biysk ).
