The Verkh-Kamyshensky Village Council is a municipality with the status of a rural settlement and an administrative-territorial entity in the Zarinsky district of the Altai Territory of Russia. The administrative center is the village of Verkh-Kamyshenka [1] [2] .

According to the results of the 2010 All-Russian Population Census , the population of the municipality was 763 people, including 377 men and 386 women [3] . The Rosstat estimate as of January 1, 2012 is 750 people [4] .
