The Railway Village Council is a municipality with the status of a rural settlement and an administrative-territorial entity in the Pankrushikhinsky district of the Altai Territory of Russia. The administrative center is the village of Berezovsky [1] [2] .

According to the results of the 2010 All-Russian Population Census , the population of the municipality amounted to 708 people, including 326 men and 382 women [3] . The Rosstat estimate as of January 1, 2012 is 608 people [4] .
