The Srostinsky Village Council is a municipality with the status of a rural settlement and an administrative-territorial entity in the Biysk district of the Altai Territory of Russia. The administrative center is the village of Srostki [1] [2] .

According to the results of the 2010 All-Russian Population Census , the population of the municipality was 2,992 people, including 1,372 men and 1,620 women [3] .
