The Istimis Village Council is a municipality with the status of a rural settlement and an administrative-territorial entity in the Klyuchevsky district of the Altai Territory of Russia. The administrative center is the village of Istimis [1] [2] .

According to the 2010 All-Russian Population Census , the population of the municipality was 681 people, including 318 men and 363 women [3] .
