Malakhovsky Village Council is a municipal entity with the status of a rural settlement and an administrative-territorial entity in the Kosikhinsky District of the Altai Territory of Russia. The administrative center is the village of Malakhovo [1] [2] .

According to the results of the All-Russian census of 2010 , the population of the municipality was 704 people, including 349 men and 355 women [3] .
