Mamontovsky Village Council is a municipality with the status of a rural settlement and an administrative-territorial formation in the Mamontovsky district of the Altai Territory of Russia. The administrative center is the village of Mamontovo [1] [2] .

According to the results of the 2010 All-Russian population census , the population of the municipality was 10,119 people, including 4,676 men and 5,443 women [3] . The Rosstat estimate as of January 1, 2012 is 10,040 people [4] .
