Novozykovsky Village Council is a municipality with the status of a rural settlement and an administrative-territorial entity in the Krasnogorsk district of the Altai Territory of Russia. The administrative center is the village of Novozykovo [1] [2] .

According to the results of the 2010 All-Russian population census , the population of the municipality was 984 people, including 493 men and 491 women [3] .
