The Shubinsky Village Council is a municipality with the status of a rural settlement and an administrative-territorial entity in the Yegoryevsky district of the Altai Territory of Russia. The administrative center is the village of Shubinka [1] [2] .

According to the 2010 All-Russian population census , the population of the municipality was 621 people, including 293 men and 328 women [3] . The Rosstat estimate as of January 1, 2012 is 565 people [4] .
