Doroshenko, Peter Emelyanovich

After graduating from the Voronezh Provincial Agricultural College in 1927, he worked as the chief agronomist of the state farm, the head teacher, then the director of the college in the Central Black Earth Region , North Caucasus Territory.

At the same time until 1935 he studied at the Azov-Black Sea Agricultural Institute .

In 1939 he joined the CPSU (b). In 1940 - head of the Kirovograd regional land department.

During the Patriotic War he served in the internal troops of the NKVD (Tajik SSR) (1942-1945).

Since 1945 - at party work. From 1946 to 1949 - head of the agricultural department of the Kirovograd Regional Committee of the Communist Party (b) of Ukraine .

From 1949 to March 1950 - Secretary of the Kirovograd Regional Committee of the Communist Party (b) of Ukraine . Then until May 1954 - head of the agricultural department of the Central Committee of the Communist Party (b) - Communist Party of Ukraine.

From September 27, 1952 to March 23, 1954 he was elected a candidate member of the Central Committee of the CP (b) —KP of Ukraine. March 26, 1954 - January 17, 1956, then February 19, 1960 - March 17, 1971 was a member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Ukraine.

From May 1954 to August 22, 1955 - 1st Secretary of the Vinnitsa Regional Committee of the Communist Party of Ukraine .

From August 1955 to August 1959 he headed the Agricultural Department of the CPSU Central Committee for the Union Republics. In 1956-1961 he was a member of the Central Auditing Commission of the CPSU.

From September 10, 1959 to January 10, 1963 - 1st Secretary of the Chernihiv Regional Committee of the Communist Party of Ukraine.

From January 14, 1963 to December 1964 - 1st Secretary of the Odessa Village Regional Committee of the Communist Party of Ukraine.

In December 1964 he was appointed 1st Secretary of the Kirovograd Regional Committee of the Communist Party of Ukraine, in this position he worked until April 1965.

Then until January 1971 - Minister of Agriculture of the Ukrainian SSR. He was then retired.

He was elected a delegate to the extraordinary XXI (1959), XXII (1961) and XXIII (1966) congresses of the CPSU.

Member of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR of the 6th convocation (1962-1965).

The author of the book "Agriculture of the USSR in 1959-1965" (1959).
