Biography
From a working class family, an Armenian, has 6th grade education, married, member of the CPSU since 1930, we are not judged from our own words. According to P. A. Sudoplatov , he was a relative of A. I. Mikoyan , who helped in his release.
In the bodies of the NKVD - since 1932 . He was a driver of the internal prison of the NKVD , taking the arrested to the place of execution . Since 1935 he became the personal driver of L.P. Beria . Used by his boss as a pimp , supplying women, then often engaged in abortion of the latter. They often monitored the women and girls they liked, found out their names and addresses, and then brought them back. Together he participated in picnics and other entertainments of his ward-protege.

At first he was an attached bodyguard , then - the head of Beria's personal guard, while maintaining the functions of his personal driver. His deputy S. N. Nadaraya took the place of R. S. Sarkisov after the latter was transferred to the post of assistant to the head of department of the 1st Main Directorate of the USSR Ministry of Internal Affairs .
There is evidence of the former head of the second head of the Ministry of State Security (counterintelligence) that in 1947, the head of the security of Beria, Colonel Sarkisov, began to report to Beria to the bodies of the Ministry of State Security through Minister Abakumov , through F. G. Shubnyakov [2] .
In the second half of 1953 he was arrested. While in prison, he lost his mind , but, nevertheless, in 1959 he was sentenced to 10 years in prison on charges of treason . He was released in 1964 . Not rehabilitated.
