The Law of the Republic of Bashkortostan dated 02.21.97 N 78-z “On the Formation of the Baigildinsky Village Council of the Dyurtyulinsky District of the Republic of Bashkortostan” stated [2] :
Article 1 Form the Baigildinsky Village Council of the Dyurtyulinsky District of the Republic of Bashkortostan with a center in the village of Baygildino by dividing the Staroyantuzovsky Village Council of the Dyurtyulinsky District of the Republic of Bashkortostan.
Article 2 Set the border of the Baigildinsky village council of the Dyurtyulinsky district of the Republic of Bashkortostan according to the presented schematic map.
The Law of the Republic of Bashkortostan dated November 19, 2008 N 49-z “On changes in the administrative-territorial structure of the Republic of Bashkortostan in connection with the merger of individual village councils and the transfer of settlements”, Article 1, paragraph 20) d) read [3] :
"Make the following changes to the administrative-territorial structure of the Republic of Bashkortostan:
to unite the Staroyantuzovsky and Baigildinsky village councils with retaining the name "Staroyantuzovsky" with the administrative center in the village of Staroyantuzovo. Include the village of Baygildy, the villages of Eldyak, Kazy-Eldyak of the Baigildinsky village council as part of the Staroyantuzovsky village council.
