Arkhangelsky selsovet is the administrative-territorial unit of the Myshkinsky district of the Yaroslavl region , which was abolished in 1993. Formed in 1924 [1] in the Rybinsk district under the name Arkhangelsk volost . In 1929, the Arkhangelsk volost was liquidated and the Arkhangelsk village council, as part of the others, entered the Myshkinsky district of the Ivanovo industrial region . In 1963, in connection with the liquidation of the Myshkinsky district, the Arkhangelsk village council became part of the Rybinsk rural district. Two years later, in 1965, the Myshkinsky District was re-formed, including the Arkhangelsk Village Council. On the basis of the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation of 09.10.1993 No. 1617 “On the reform of representative bodies of local self-government in the Russian Federation” and the decrees of the head of administration of the Yaroslavl region dated 10.10.1993 No. 254 “On the reform of representative bodies of authority and local authorities in the Yaroslavl region” Village Council and its Executive Committee terminated [1] .
