The Cluster of the Corner ( ACO 3627 or Abell 3627 ) - a rich cluster of galaxies located in the direction of the Great Attractor [2] , probably serves as its center [3] . It is removed at a distance of about 68 megaparsec (221 million light-years) from the Earth [4] [5] . Despite the relative proximity and brightness, observations of the cluster are difficult, because it is in the Avoidance Zone - a region of the sky near the plane of our galaxy. Therefore, in the optical range, light from a cluster is strongly absorbed by cosmic dust . The mass of the cluster is about 10 15 solar masses [6] .
