Staroslobodsky Lane

The lane received its modern name adjacent to Staroslobodskaya Street , which in the 19th century was called 1st Passing Street in Sokolniki, which is connected with the former name of the lane - Passing Lane ^{[1] [2] [3]} .

Staroslobodsky Lane, being a continuation of the Rybinsky Lane , runs from Shumkin Street east to Staroslobodskaya Street. House numbering starts from Shumkin Street.

• No. 2 - a five-story residential building built in the 80s (on the site of an unsaved house). In the framework of the civil initiative “ Last Address ”, a memorial sign was installed on the house with the name of fireman Ananiy Nazarovich Shibanov ^[4] , who was shot during the years of Stalin's repressions . An application for the installation of a memorial sign to A. N. Shibanov was filed by students of the European Gymnasium located next to this house.
