Giovanni Paparoni ( Giovanni Paparoni , his last name is also written as Papiro Paparo, Paperone ) - a Catholic church leader of the XII century. [1] Under Pope Innocent II the Apostolic Subdeacon. Proclaimed Cardinal Deacon of the Church of Sant Adriano at the Consistory December 17, 1143. March 2, 1151 became a cardinal priest of the church of San Lorenzo in Damazo . He participated in the election of Pope Lucius II (1144), Eugene III (1145), Anastasia IV (1153) and Adrian IV (1154). He was a papal legate in Ireland, presided at the Kells Synod .
