Story

Buta is a lonely seven-year-old boy who lives in an Azerbaijani mountain village with his grandmother. After Buta made friends with an old man, the former groom of his grandmother, he begins to overcome difficulties, including the loss of his mother [1] . Starring starred 73-year-old actor, People's Artist of Azerbaijan Rafig Azimov and 11-year-old Tofig Aliyev. In the film, the characters do not have specific names, and the boy received the symbolic name of Bout. He draws energy from a flying serpent, which was presented to him by an old shepherd [2] . The film's director Ilgar Najaf said about the film:

By style, the film is classified as a poetic parable, a parable about a person, an artist who rushes about in search of truth. The most difficult was working with children, because the four main characters are children aged from five to ten years. The lead actor Tofig Aliyev made a tremendous impression and I hope that in the future he will definitely become an actor. [2]
