Irkutsk Oil and Fat Plant is a Russian enterprise of the oil and fat industry; it produces mayonnaise , mustard , margarine , as well as soy flour and fodder meal . Located in the Sinyushin Mountain microdistrict in Irkutsk . Belongs to the Yant company.

Production
The complex for the production of oil and fat products includes three plants: oil extraction, hydrogenation, margarine.
The oil extraction plant specializes in the processing of oilseeds: soybean , rape , sunflower , capacity - 400-480 tons per day. It produces vegetable oil, which is the raw material for the entire production. The finished product in the processing of oilseeds are meal ( soybean , soybean-rape, rapeseed , sunflower).
A hydrogenation plant with a capacity of 80 tons of salomas per day produces food and technical salomas from refined oil. Food salomas are sent to a margarine plant, which produces 120 tons of margarine and fat per day.
The mayonnaise workshop of the plant produces 50-100 tons of mayonnaise per day; oil packaging workshop - 20 tons of packaged oil per day.
History
The decision to build the plant was adopted by the Council of Ministers of the USSR on May 19, 1951 [1] . Real construction was started in 1954 .
