- OBEP employees seized a batch of fish in the store due to inadequate storage conditions in the departments [6] .
- February 11, 2008
- Mass brawl near the store. According to Fontanka.ru [7] , the incident occurred between a group of Tajiks and security guards who did not like the fact that they began to gather there. One Tajik citizen was hospitalized.
- June 26, 2012
- Activists of the movement “ Piggy Against ” [8] came to the supermarket and tried to organize a rally, but were beaten up by persons of Caucasian origin shouting “Beat the Russian pigs,” “Russians have no place here,” “you can't live here” [9] [10] Inspections were carried out both at the store and in relation to the legitimacy of the action [11] As a result of the identification of systematic sanitary violations, the rules for working with industrial waste, consumption and migration and labor legislation, the store was cordoned off by riot police and forced to close for 15 days.
