Geography
Located in the northern part of the Choysky district.
The area is 52,100 hectares . [3]
It borders with Verkh-Pyankovsky , Paspaulsky and Syoykinsky rural settlements, as well as the Krasnogorsk district of the Altai Territory and the Turochak district of the Altai Republic . [one]
History
Formed during the municipal reform in 2006 [1] .
Economy
In the villages there are sawmills conducting shallow wood processing. Household and subsidiary farms engaged in crop production and animal husbandry are developed. In addition, in the village of Choya there is a creamery.
