In 2011, a move was made to the street P. Usenko , 7/9.

Museum Description
Initial exposure (1992—2010)
The exposition was located in one hall with an area of 40 m². A part of the tram, trolleybus and monorail models manufactured (undergoing major repairs) at KZET (Kiev Electric Transportation Plant) was presented at the museum. Three prefabricated dioramas reflecting the various stages of the development of Kiev transport were extremely interesting - “Beginning-Present” (1892-1992), “Years of War” (1941-1944) and “Our / Future Time” (1992- ...) . Attention is also drawn to the large map of Ukraine, where all cities are marked that have, in 1993, or had a tram or trolleybus in the past. On a similar large map of Kiev, tram and trolleybus lines, which operated in different years, are indicated.
K. Bramskiy designed personal stands dedicated to the outstanding electric vehicles Vladimir Veklich [2] [3] , Vasily Dyakonov [4] , Stanislav Beykul [5] and Isaak Katsov [6] .
The museum exhibited photographs, books, documents telling about the history of the development of transport not only in Kiev, but also in other cities.
A unique library of books and magazines (most of which are French, American and English) and books, numbering about 5,000 copies from many countries of the world, tells about the history of transport around the world.
Time of Oblivion (2010—2011)
Since the end of 2009, due to a serious illness (and later death) of the head of the museum, the museum stopped receiving visitors. Since then, except for the managers, the museum has not been taken care of by anyone.
During 2010-2011, two managers were replaced in the museum, who made no attempt to revive the museum and preserve its unique funds. In the middle of 2011, in an “emergency” order, all the museum’s property was transferred to its current territory - on the street. Pavel Usenko 7/9, where he was left under the care of random people.
During the initial phase of repairing the new museum premises, most of the funds (located right at the site of the construction work) were seriously damaged (including one diorama that had become unusable), and part of the fund and exhibits were completely stolen.
Restoration and public presentation of the museum (2012)
The new building is a lobby, a corridor, two rooms and 5 utility rooms, with a total area of over 200 m².
In April 2012, with the arrival of the penultimate manager, finally, restoration work began both on the premises and with the funds. Over the next few months, the museum’s funds were put in order, most of the repair and restoration work was carried out in the museum, the facade of the building was decorated, the area near the entrance was ennobled, collection of full-scale samples for the corresponding new museum exposition (historical rolling stock) was organized, partially a site has been prepared for storing the latter and blanks have been made for operation in sightseeing purposes.
All 3 dioramas were restored (one of them was later removed from the exposition by order of the management), the entire photo exposition and illustrating transport attributes were re-organized, as well as an exhibition of surviving (scaleless) models of the rolling stock of the tram, trolleybus and funicular. The history of the Kiev monorail is also removed from the exhibition. One large-scale model was added to the exposition (the UMZ T-2 trolleybus) and several laudatory stands dedicated to KP Kyivpasstrans. Also, there was one stand dedicated to the first head - L. Livinsky.
On August 31, 2012, a ceremonial demonstration of the museum to the head of the city took place, and. about. mayor - Popov A.P.
The process of restoration work (almost completed) and the exposure of the rolling stock were demonstrated.
The static existence of the museum (2013—2015)
After the demonstration on August 31, 2012 and until the beginning of 2013, the museum did not work, since the head was dismissed. Since 2013, the museum has been headed by Oleinik Lyubov Ivanovna. Unfortunately, no more attempts are made to develop the museum.
Due to the complex and inconvenient system of pre-registration for the tour, the reception of visitors is significantly difficult. To record, you need to call the personnel department of the Darnitsky Tram Depot, sign up for a tour there, and then call again and clarify whether the head of the tour will come (she is not constantly in place).
IERC - Historical Exposition and Restoration Center (2015)
Since the beginning of 2015, the Historical Exposition and Restoration Center (IERC) has been created, which should become the successor to this museum. This name is associated with legal formalities, since a full-fledged museum must be registered as a separate enterprise, even within the framework of Kyivpasstrans KP. Until June, the IERC was located in fleet No. 8, to which it was legally assigned (7/9 Khokhlovykh St.) and some buses of historical value were assembled in it. Since July, the exposition and, in fact, the IERC itself has been moved to ul. Vyborg 111 (physically located on Radishcheva lane) Rolling stock (buses, trolleybuses, trams) is also gradually being transported here. By the forces of IERC specialists, the ZIS 155 bus of 1954 was already restored. and MTV trolleybus; tram car No. 919 is currently in operation.
Head of IERC Roman Shchipkov Rshchypkov@zolotekermo.com, automobile journalist, engineer, co-producer of the project "ALLO-GARAGE!" Ukraine, has an active open door policy! IERC constantly participates in various exhibitions and retro rallies! IERC is open for visits from 9.30 to 20.00 and in the winter months from 10.00 to 17.00. We are constantly working with volunteers, students and youth!
The youth team of the IERC KP Kyivpasstrans on the self-prepared GAZ 2412 car took the first team place in the international multi-day rally of retro cars "ZIRKOVE RALI".
Since 2016, the IERC team and the organizers of the OLDCARLAND retro festival have developed a concept for creating the UKRAINE TRANSPORT MUSEUM. A design project for the new museum was prepared and presented to the leadership of the Kyivpaststan KP. Work is underway to prepare a budget for the reconstruction and repair of the territory for a convenient arrangement of equipment.
