Zamelekesye - a residential district under construction in the Komsomolsky district of the city of Naberezhnye Chelny . The Zamelekessye microdistrict will include three complexes (20, 21, 22nd) of sectional development with a total area of 780 thousand m² [3] .

History
The construction of the neighborhood began in the spring of 2011 . The first to start building houses were 21 complexes [4] .
Location
The Zamelekessye microdistrict is located on the Melekaski river coast near the Old part of the city of Naberezhnye Chelny - between the hydroelectric power station village and the M-7 federal highway section. The total land area is 22.3 hectares.
Objects
Residential buildings
In the Microdistrict, design and construction of 8 nine- and ten-story residential buildings with a total area of 82.5 thousand square meters is underway - Series 141 (ZYAB Plant) and Series 83 (DSC). The first house was completed in October 2012, 21/27 [5] . As of January 1, 2016, the construction of the following houses was completed [6] [7] [8] :
21/18, 21/19, 21/20, 21/21, 21/22, 21/23, 21/24, 21/25, 21/27, 21/28, 21/32, 21/33, 21 / 34. There are 2 kindergartens in Zamlekesye: No. 113 - Fidgets (21/17), No. 107 - Salavat Cooper (19 Nur Bayan St.)
Social and educational institutions
The development plans of the microdistrict envisage the construction of two kindergartens with 280 places each [9] . In addition, it is planned to place medical rooms, police strongholds, post offices, banks on the ground floors [8] .
Infrastructure
In 2012, construction of roads in the amount of 154.5 million rubles was carried out in the microdistrict [10] . On August 30, 2012, a bridge was put into operation over the Melekeska River, which directly connected residential areas of the hydroelectric power station village with the Zamelekessye microdistrict and made it possible to ensure uninterrupted traffic flow of passenger and passenger vehicles to both sides. The bridge is 800 meters long, the sidewalk is 2 meters wide and the carriageway is 8 meters [11] .
Public Transport
From November 26, 2012, the city bus route No. 6 passes through the Zamelekessye microdistrict [12] . In addition, since December 2012 , a bus has been allocated for transporting schoolchildren (only from low-income families) living in Zamelekessye to schools No. 1, 12 of the village of the hydroelectric power station and schools No. 4, 6 of the village of ZYAB [13] . In 2015, buses began to walk: 26.13. In 2016, they extended the route 12 route.
