The Fehmarner dialect ( German: Fehmarner Platt ) is a German dialect belonging to the Lower Saxon dialects of the Low German language . Distributed on the German island (and in the city) Fehmarn in the Baltic Sea . Along with the Ditmarshen , East Holstein and Reinfeld dialects .
