Content
History
It was formed as a result of the municipal reform of 2006 as a result of the merger of four rural districts that existed previously on this territory - Glyadkovsky (center of Glyadkovo ), Ogaryovo-Pochkovsky (center of Ogaryovo-Pochkovo ), Temgenevsky (center of Temgenevo ) and Ustievsky (center of Ustye ) - with the laying administrative department in the village of Glyadkovo .

Administrative device
The formation and administrative structure of a rural settlement are determined by the law of the Ryazan Region dated 07.10.2004 No. 96-OZ [9] .
The boundaries of a rural settlement are determined by the law of the Ryazan region dated 08.12.2008 No. 189-OZ [10] .
From March 1, 2009 to September 14, 2014, the head of the settlement was Olga Lisina.
