The platform is located on a single-track line, electrified with a direct current of 3 kV [1] .
The nearest settlement to the platform is the village of Shelogino, Kirishi district, Leningrad region . Located at a distance of about 400 meters west of the stopping point [4] .
At a distance of about 50 meters east of the platform, highway 41A-006 ( Novaya Ladoga - Volkhov - Kirishi - M10 ) passes [5] . There is a forest belt between the railway and the highway. The village of Shelogino is connected to this highway by road through a railway crossing located north of the platform [6] .
The Volkhov River flows 250 meters east of the platform.
