Legal framework
It was established by the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation dated April 22, 1996 No. 578 “On the Assignment and Preservation of Qualification Ranks to Federal Public Servants”. By the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation dated February 1, 2005 No. 113 “On the procedure for the appropriation and preservation of class ranks of the state civil service of the Russian Federation”, when class ranks were established for federal state civil servants. Previously assigned qualification ranks began to be considered class ranks (the same decree approved the table of correspondence of former qualification ranks and newly established class ranks). The class rank of the current state adviser of the Russian Federation of the 2nd class is assigned by Decrees of the President of the Russian Federation. [2]
In 2007, by Decree of the President of the Russian Federation of November 19, 2007 No. 1554 “On the procedure for the appropriation and preservation of class ranks of justice for persons filling state posts of the Russian Federation and positions of the federal state civil service ...” in the bodies of the prosecutor's office of the Russian Federation, the class rank “ State Counselor of Justice of Class 2 was abolished ”To the rank“ Valid State Counselor of Justice of the Russian Federation, Class 2 ”.
