Biography
He entered the service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on June 1, 1873.
Member of the Russian-Turkish war of 1877-1878 . In 1879, the rank of provincial secretary was the correcting post of secretary under the Minister of Resident in Montenegro, A. S. Ionin .
In 1895, with the rank of state adviser, he served as the first secretary of the Russian embassy in Persia . He was married to the daughter of Major General Anna Erastovna Zvolyanskaya.
