History

In 1989, the Kumyazinsky Village Council with three localities was allocated from the Starobaltachevsky Village Council . .

Decree of the Presidium of the Armed Forces of the Bashkir Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic of 09.29.1989 N 6-2 / 329 "On the formation of the Kumyazinsky village council in the Baltachevsky district" read:

1. To establish in the Baltachevsky district the Kumyazinsky village council with an administrative center in the village of Kumyazy.

2. To include the villages of Kumyazy, Staroilikeevo, Taktaevo into the Kumyazinsky Village Council, excluding them from the Starobaltachevsky Village Council.

3. Set the border of the Kumyazinsky Village Council according to the presented schematic map.

In 2008 there was a return to the Starobaltachevsky village council of Kumyazinsky, with the same three n.

The Law of the Republic of Bashkortostan dated November 19, 2008 N 49-z “On changes in the administrative-territorial structure of the Republic of Bashkortostan in connection with the merger of individual village councils and the transfer of settlements”, Article 1, Clause 8) a) read [2] :

"Make the following changes to the administrative-territorial structure of the Republic of Bashkortostan:
to unite the Starobaltachevsky and Kumyazinsky village councils with preservation of the name "Starobaltachevsky" with the administrative center in the village of Starobaltachevo. Include the villages of Kumyazy, Staroilikeevo, Tuktaevo of the Kumyazinsky village council as part of the Starobaltachevsky village council.
To approve the boundaries of the Starobaltachevsky Village Council according to the presented schematic map.
