History

In 1992, the Decree of the Presidium of the Armed Forces of the Bashkir SSR of 01.01.92 N 6-2 / 10 "On the formation of the Novoilikovsky and Umirovsky village councils in the Bakalinsky district." He, in particular, read:

1. To establish in the Bakalinsky district the Novoilikovsky village council with an administrative center in the village of Novoilikovo and the Umirovsky village council with an administrative center in the village of Umirovo.

2. To include the villages of Novoilikovo and Staroilikovo in the Novoilikovsky village council, excluding them from the Kileevsky village council.

Include the village of Umirovo in the composition of the Umirovsky village council, excluding it from the Kileevsky village council.

3. Set the boundaries of the Novoilikovsky and Umirovsky village councils according to the presented schematic map.

In 2008, the reverse movement took place: the selected village councils became part of the Kileevsky village council.

The Law of the Republic of Bashkortostan dated November 19, 2008 N 49-z “On changes in the administrative-territorial structure of the Republic of Bashkortostan in connection with the unification of individual village councils and the transfer of settlements”, Article 1 read [2] :

"Make the following changes to the administrative-territorial structure of the Republic of Bashkortostan:
c) to unite the Kileevsky, Novoilikovsky and Umirovsky village councils with preservation of the name “Kileevsky” with the administrative center in the village of Kileevo. Include the villages of Novoilikovo, Staroilikovo of the Novoilikovsky village council, the village of Umirovo, the Umirovsky village council, as part of the Kileevsky village council.
To approve the boundaries of the Kileevsky Village Council according to the presented schematic map.

Exclude Novoilikovsky and Umirovsky Village Councils from the credentials
