The Law of the Republic of Bashkortostan dated November 19, 2008 N 49-z “On changes in the administrative-territorial structure of the Republic of Bashkortostan in connection with the merger of individual village councils and the transfer of settlements”, Article 1, clause 6) d) read [1] :
"Make the following changes to the administrative-territorial structure of the Republic of Bashkortostan:
combine Novursaevsky and Nagaybakovsky village councils with preservation of the name "Novursaevsky" with the administrative center in the village of Novursaevo. Include the villages of Batrak, Nagaybakovo, the village of Ivanovka of the Nagaybakovsky village council as part of the Novursaevsky village council.
