Biography
Born December 24, 1916 in the city of Bakhmut . Ukrainian . Finished school. He worked as an accountant in procurement organizations of the Sumy region ( Ukraine ). In 1937-1941 he served in the army, sergeant .
With the beginning of World War II, he was enlisted in the partisan detachment created by the secretary of the Chernihiv regional party committee A.F. Fedorov . In the partisan detachment (later transformed into the Chernigov-Volyn partisan unit) he was an ordinary intelligence officer, deputy reconnaissance unit commander and commander of the V. I. Chapaev partisan unit.
In June 1944, after the liberation of Ukraine, he was appointed deputy chairman of the Skadovsky district executive committee ( Kherson region ), and then until 1946 he was chairman of the Kalanchak district executive committee ( Kherson region ). Member of the CPSU (b) / CPSU since 1946. In 1948 he graduated from a party school (in Odessa ) and was elected chairman of the Skadovsky district executive committee . He dealt with the restoration of the war-damaged national economy.
In 1955-1962 - the first secretary of the Berislavsky district party committee ( Kherson region ). During this period, the economy of the state farms significantly strengthened in the region, land productivity increased, livestock production increased. In connection with the start of construction of the North Crimean irrigation canal in 1963, he was sent to the Kakhovsky district ( Kherson region ) as secretary of the party committee of the Kakhovsky territorial collective-farm state farm administration.
From January 1965 to 1972, he was the first secretary of the Kakhovskiy district party committee . Thanks to the introduction of irrigated agriculture in the region in 1966, the farms of the region achieved an unprecedented (at that time) yield of early grain and gross harvests. That year, the Kakhovskiy district sold 50.991 tons of grain to the state. After dismissal of the first secretary of the Kakhovskiy district committee of the party until 1980, he worked in the national economy.
He lived in the city of Kakhovka, Kherson region . He died in a car accident on September 11, 1989 near the city of Pervomaisk ( Nikolaev region , Ukraine ), heading to Kiev for the funeral of his combat commander A.F. Fedorov .
