Viliya ( Ukrainian: Viliya ) - a river in Ukraine , flows through the territory of the Kremenets and Shumsky districts of the Ternopil region , the Ostroh district of the Rivne region , the Belogorsk and Izyaslav districts of the Khmelnitsky region . The left tributary of the Horyny ( Dnieper basin).

The length of the river is 77 km. The catchment area is 1815 km². The slope of the river is 1.0 m / km. The terraced trough valley is 1.5–5 km wide. The floodplain is mainly boggy, with a width of up to 150 m in the upper reaches and 400-800 m in the lower reaches. The channel is winding, up to 28 m wide and 1-2 m deep. It is used for technical, agricultural and domestic water supply. The food is mostly snow. Ledostavit from mid-December to early March. Reclamation systems “Viliya”, “Estuary” and others were built on the river.
Viliya originates from a source near the village of Podlesnoye on the Podolsk Upland . It flows mainly to the northeast. It flows into Goryn on the north-eastern outskirts of the city of Ostrog .
Main tributaries: Kutyanka, Zbitinka (Svitenka) (left); Kuma, Volozhivka , Rotten Horn , Mouth (right). On the river are the cities of Shumsk , Ostrog .
