Ivan Vasilievich Dementiev was governor in campaigns: Kazan (1544), Swedish (1549) and Polotsk (1551). Stepan , Ivan , Fedor and Goryain Prokofievichi Dementiev, children of the boyar Bezhetsky Verkh, were granted (1550) estates in Moscow district .
In 1573, the guardsmen of Ivan the Terrible were: Pervush and Taras Dementieva [1] .
Disorder and Zhdan Sidorovichi Dementievs , Novosil’s boyar children, granted estates (1631). Their offspring are listed in the VI and II parts of the genealogy books of the Tula and Yaroslavl provinces.
When submitting documents in 1686, for the introduction of the genus in the Velvet Book , the genealogy of the Dementievs was provided [2] .
The offspring of Fyodor Vasilyevich Dementiev , who was granted the estates in 1690, is included in the VI part of the genealogy book of the Samara province.
Seven Dementievs owned inhabited estates in 1699.
