Biography
Born in the US state of Florida on January 2, 1963 .
He started playing the piano at the age of five under the guidance of his grandmother, who aroused his interest in opera .
He studied piano at the Juilliard School in New York with Adele Marcus .
To understand the texts of operas, Barto began to study the languages in which they were written. At age 14, he learned German and French. Today, he is fluent in 5 languages - German, English, French, Italian and Spanish. In addition, he reads in ancient Greek and Latin.
He currently lives in his homeland, in central Florida.
