The flag of the Svalyavskiy district is one of the official symbols of the Svalyavskiy district of the Transcarpathian region , approved on September 28, 2004 by the decision of the session of the Svalyavskiy district council.

Description
The flag of the region is a rectangular cloth with an aspect ratio of 2: 3. The flag is horizontally divided into three stripes of blue white and green in a ratio of 1: 2: 1. In the center of the white strip is the emblem of the district .
The flag of the region is bilateral.
