Flag of Volovets district

The flag of the Volovets district is one of the official symbols of the Volovets district of the Transcarpathian region , approved on September 23, 2004 by the decision of the session of the Volovets district council.

Description

The flag of the region is a rectangular cloth with an aspect ratio of 2: 3. The flag is vertically divided into two parts. Part of the flagpole 1/3 of the flag length is divided vertically into two stripes of blue and yellow, which represent the state flag of Ukraine . The second part of the green color takes 2/3 of the length of the flag. In the center there is an image of a yellow ox , above which there is the same sixteen rayed sun without a face.

The reverse side of the flag has a mirror image.
