Biography
Shalva Bedoev was born in with. Monastery of the South Ossetian Autonomous Region of the Georgian SSR .
In 1969 he graduated with honors from the LIZSA named after I. E. Repin (workshop of Professor, People's Artist of the USSR E. E. Moiseenko ).
Started exhibiting in the early 1970s. Member of All-Union, All-Russian and international exhibitions. He was a member of the board of the Union of Artists of the USSR ( 1977 ), a member of the Painting Commission of the USSR, a corresponding member of the Academy of Arts of the USSR .
In 2000 - 2005 Chairman of the Board of the Union of Artists of the Republic of North Ossetia-Alania
Since 1981 is the head. Department of Fine Arts, Faculty of Arts SOGU named after K. L. Khetagurov .
Lives and works in Vladikavkaz .
