Biography
In 1912 he entered Tongmenhui . Since 1927 - member of the Kuomintang party , took part in the Northern Campaign . During the incident at Lugouqiao, he commanded the 8th division. From 1938 to 1946 he took part in several military operations, including the defense of Shanghai , in 1938 he was sent to Shaanxi , commanded the 1st Army, the 37th Combined Army. In 1946-1948 he commanded the Xinjiang garrison, a member of the Xinjiang government. Since 1949 - in the PLA . In the same year he was appointed commander of the 22nd Army. In 1949, he was deputy commander of the Xinjiang Military District. In 1950 he became commander of the SPSK . In 1965, he applied for membership in the CCP , but received approval only in 1983 . He was a member of the NPC from the 1st to the 5th convocation, a member of the SC NPC of the 4th and 5th convocations, a member of the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th CPPCC .
