Combined with the rural settlement of the Evbulyaksky village council . It was founded in 1989 by separation from the Evbulyakovsky Village Council [2] . The administrative center is Upkankul .
History
In 1989, the Decree of the Presidium of the Armed Forces of the Bashkir Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic dated September 27, 1989 N 6-2 / 327 "On the Formation of the Upkankulevsky Village Council in the Askinsky District" was issued. According to the decree:
The Presidium of the Supreme Council of the Bashkir ASSR decides:
1. To establish in the Askinsky district the Upkankulevsky village council with an administrative center in the village of Upkankul.
2. To include the village of Upkankul in the composition of the Upkankulevsky village council, excluding it from the Evbulyakovo village council.3. Set the border of the Upkankulevsky Village Council according to the presented schematic map.
In 2008, the reverse movement took place.
The Law of the Republic of Bashkortostan dated November 19, 2008 N 49-z “On changes in the administrative-territorial structure of the Republic of Bashkortostan in connection with the merger of individual village councils and the transfer of settlements”, Article 1, paragraph 4 c) read [3] :
to unite the Evbulyaksky and Upkankulevsky village councils with preservation
the name "Evbulyaksky" with the administrative center in the village of Evbulyak.
Include the village of Upkankul of the Upkankulevsky village council as part of the Evbulaksky village council.
To approve the borders of the Evbuljak Village Council according to the presented schematic map.Exclude from the credentials the Upkankulevsky Village Council;
