History
Arzgirsky Village Council was formed in May 1918
The status and boundaries of a rural settlement are established by the Law of the Stavropol Territory of October 4, 2004 No. 88-KZ “On the Allocation of Municipal Formations of the Stavropol Territory to the Status of an Urban, Rural Settlement, Urban District, Municipal District” [3] .
