History
On November 27, 1959, at a meeting of the city executive committee, the project for cutting and naming Yalta Street was approved [2] . This was part of the expansion and development of the Peschanoe district, during which many other streets appeared here in the second half of the 50s and early 60s.
On November 3, 1977, by a decision of a meeting of the City Council Executive Committee, Yalta Street was renamed 60th Anniversary Street in honor of the anniversary of the October Revolution.
Yalta Street was returned to its original name in 2016, after the adoption of the law on the decommunization of Ukraine.
