News of this kind first appeared in 1558, when Simon Vasilievich Bochin , nicknamed Ovchin, and Ivan Bochin are mentioned in the Livonian campaign .
Vasily Afanasyevich , a nobleman of Shelonskoy Pyatina , was killed during the siege of Smolensk in 1634. Roman Bochin was a clerk in the serf order in 1688. Roman Afanasyevich Di'k in 1692 [1] .
In the list of owners of inhabited estates in 1699 there is one Bochin.
