Graduation data is part of the print output .
Placed on the last page of the book on the site of the historical colophon . According to GOST R 7.0.4-2006, the output of a book publication contains [1] :
- date of signing in print;
- paper size and sheet share;
- volume of publication in conditional printed sheets ;
- circulation;
- printing company order number;
- the legal name of the publisher and its address;
- The legal name of the printing company and its address.
Before them are placed over-release data , which include:
- series title;
- series release number;
- type of publication for its intended purpose;
- full name of the author (co-authors);
- title of publication;
- full name of the originator (s).
According to tradition (not regulated by modern GOST), after over-release and before release data, a list of persons who participated in the creation of the book is given.
Somewhere from the late 1940s. in the graduation data of Soviet books, in addition to the number of conditional printed sheets, the number of registration and publishing sheets was indicated. And from about the beginning of the 1980s in the Soviet period and later for some time (in the beginning of the 1990s) - in Russian books, the number of conditional ink-prints was also indicated in the final data of the book.
