Administrative justice is a system of specialized bodies or special courts for monitoring compliance with the law in the public administration system, in the narrow sense - a special procedural procedure for resolving administrative-legal disputes between a citizen or organization on the one hand and the public administration on the other. In many countries of the world such a system has been created. In Russia, it is not yet. Administrative justice, as a legal institution, performs the function of judicial control in society and the state with the help of a judicial administrative lawsuit (complaint), which is examined according to the rules of administrative legal proceedings, in order to ensure compliance with laws and regulations by executive officials (government bodies, officials, state and municipal employees) in any civilized state.
